TV on the Radio - Tue, Sep 27, Fox Theater in Oakland

Treasure Island Music Festival - Sat/Sun, Oct 15-16 (Oct 16 is World Food Day)

Farmers market for tabling/outreach:

Inner Sunset - Sun, Oct 2

Hunger Banquet:

Sat or Sun in Nov (tentatively Nov 19 or 20)

Sunday Dinners in honor of World Food Day:

resources available to host your own Sunday Dinner with family/friends and discuss food issues

Next monthly meeting is Thu, Sep 22 at Borderlands Cafe (870 Valencia St, SF) at 6:30 pm.

Get Involved

Action Corps is a volunteer initiative in key cities nationwide to inform, inspire and mobilize public support for policies to create solutions to hunger, poverty and social injustice. Our current campaign, GROW, focuses on building a better food system: one that sustainably feeds a growing population (estimated to reach nine billion by 2050) and empowers poor people to earn a living, feed their families, and thrive.

We're always looking for volunteers for various events, including many great Bay Area concerts! We would love to hear from you, email us for more information.
